  • Monthly exterior mice baiting ($60) – Keeps rodents away from your home.
  • Optional Pro-Pell Rodent Repellent ($60) – A powerful, long-lasting essential oil-based repellent that deters rodents before they enter your home.

Seasonal Pest Prevention

  • Spring Pre-Emergent Treatment – Stops pests before they invade your home (included with mouse baiting & exterior treatments).
  • Spring & Fall Exterior Treatments ($30/month for both, or $15/month for one) – Protects your home from seasonal pest pressures with exterior barrier treatments.
  • Custom scheduling – Spring treatments occur in May/June; Fall treatments take place in August/September, depending on the weather for maximum effectiveness.

Mosquito & Tick Control
Enjoy your outdoor space without the nuisance of mosquitoes and ticks! We offer:

  • Discreet mosquito baiting stations that effectively reduce mosquito populations.
  • Perimeter mosquito & tick treatment to create a barrier around your yard.
  • Pricing: $600 for the season or just $50/month.

        • Stinging Pests - Because of how stinging pests live and where they build their nest, we can’t guarantee protection against stinging pests with THIS treatment. We WILL offer you a discount if you get a nest built on your home after using our service.
        • General Note - Please try to cover any flowering plants, edible plants and immovable objects before treatment. Move outside chairs, tables, yard tools etc. away from home or building. Once spray dries, objects may be moved back. Spray may land on doors, windows, siding or other objects. It is safe to wash this spray off with soap and water. Please allow for the treatment spray to dry completely before coming in contact.
